In recognition of Organ Donor Awareness Month, join us for an informal, confidential social hour on the topic of kidney donation and transplantation.
All are welcome, but if you're facing kidney transplantation in the future, or have received a kidney transplant and would like to share your experience, this is a great opportunity to meet and chat with others in the PKD community who are going through the same thing.

Note that our confidential PKD Mind Matters chats are different from our educational webinars. There's no presenter, and the event will not be recorded or available for viewing afterwards, if you can’t attend the live event.
This PKD Mind Matters event has been scheduled to be more accessible to our PKD community living in Western Canada. If you'd prefer an earlier social hour, we are holding one on Monday, April 29 at a time more accessible to those in Eastern Canada.
